Palak Paneer

Palak Paneer:

Ingredients:
250 grams paneer (Indian cottage cheese), cubed 2 tablespoons oil 1 onion, finely chopped 2 teaspoons ginger-garlic paste 2 green chilies, finely chopped 1 teaspoon cumin seeds 2 cups spinach leaves, blanched and pureed 1 teaspoon garam masala 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder Salt to taste Fresh cream for garnish
Instructions:
Heat oil in a pan and sauté the chopped onion until translucent. Add ginger-garlic paste, green chilies, and cumin seeds. Cook for a minute. Add spinach puree, garam masala, turmeric powder, and salt. Cook for 5 minutes. Gently add the paneer cubes and simmer for another 5 minutes. Drizzle fresh cream on top before serving. Serve with roti or rice
