Butter Chicken:

Ingredients:
500 grams boneless chicken, cut into pieces 2 tablespoons butter 1 onion, finely chopped 2 teaspoons ginger-garlic paste 1 teaspoon red chili powder 1 teaspoon turmeric powder 1 teaspoon garam masala 1 cup tomato puree 1/2 cup heavy cream
Salt to taste Fresh cilantro leaves for garnish Instructions:
In a pan, melt butter and sauté the chopped onion until golden brown. Add ginger-garlic paste and cook for another minute. Add chicken pieces and cook until they a re lightly browned. Add red chili powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, and salt. Mix well. Stir in the tomato puree and cook for 10 minutes, until the chicken is cooked through. Pour in the heavy cream and simmer for an additional 5 minutes. Garnish with fresh cilantro leaves and serve with naan or rice.
