Mushroom Garlic Recipe for Healthy Breakfast
Ingredients
4/8 big/small Mushrooms, sliced
4 cloves of garlic, minced
2 tablespoons of olive oil
2 tablespoons of butter
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 tablespoon of fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions:
Heat the olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add the minced garlic to the skillet and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
Add the sliced mushrooms to the skillet and cook until they have released their liquid and are browned, stirring occasionally, about 10-12 minutes.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Garnish with fresh parsley if needed.
